Meet the artist & maker

Anna completed a degree in Art Education in 1997. 30 years later Anna was trying to relax after working some difficult shifts as a mental health nurse when she started to draw a piece called Cucullia argentea, a pen and watercolour illustration of 24 individually drawn moths. Anna found herself focusing so intently that she was able to forget the worries of work. Her subjects include insects, birds, landscapes, trees and anatomy.
