Exhibiting in 2020
A former art lecturer, who trained at Manchester School of Art in the sixties, Chris started painting in earnest after he retired. He is inspired by life in the remote Spanish village where he has a house, as well as in and around York. He is a member of several local drawing groups, and his line drawings are bold and fluid.
This is the first year that Chris Whittaker has exhibited at York Open Studiosgoggleme.co.uk
