Sorry, Chrissie will not be showing during the second weekend
Chrissie makes multi-layered monoprints, collagraphs, and etched linoprints. The use of viscosity inking allows her to experiment with colour in a very free way. She creates small editions of textural prints.
Exhibiting in 2023
Chrissie studied printmaking at The Froebel Institute, London and Leith School of Art, Edinburgh. She has attended courses on Mokuhanga (Japanese woodcuts) at Edinburgh Printmakers and Graphic Studio Dublin.
Chrissie lived in Scotland; has visited Japan, Ghana and New Zealand, these experiences influence her work.
She is a member of Print Council Aotearoa New Zealand and participates in their summer schools.
She is a founder member of York Printmakers.
Chrissie exhibits in Yorkshire and Scotland.
