Meet the artist & maker

Jane Wright studied as an oboist at the London Royal Academy of Music and as well as working as a musician, she has been awarded the RHS Gold Medal for botanical illustration.
Her work is included in the Hunt Institute Pittsburgh and in the Highgrove Florilegium, created under the umbrella of the Prince of Wales's Charitable Foundation, recording the flora in the garden at Highgrove.

Access via Queen Anne Road off Bootham. Head for the St Olave's campus and follow the signs. No access to the Gallery via St Peter's School. Car parking and bicycle racks are situated directly outside the Gallery.

The Whitestone Gallery is fully accessible and there are disabled toilet facilities.
