Liz creates glass objects and textiles, exploring 'invisible work' using glass in performance, and recording this by making short films of the process.

Liz is an emerging artist with Irish and Yorkshire heritage, who uses many techniques and processes in glass, making objects in her studio in York. Fascinated by textiles and issues of 'invisibility ' and 'skill value' she completed a degree in Contemporary Craft at York College and then went on to do a Masters at the National Glass Centre in Sunderland, where she expanded her practice to include film and performance.
