Neil is a woodsman at heart and has collected wood both wild and reclaimed; he is currently building a collection of small utility furniture pieces with a 'twist'.
Exhibiting in 2019
Neil initially trained as a 3-dimensional designer, specializing in furniture and ceramics and later as an illustrator.
He has spent his professional life working as a graphic artist, building tradesman, furniture and architectural joinery restorer and teaching in University and Colleges in the UK and Australia.
He has also exhibited prints, drawings and paintings as a member of various group exhibitions.
In recent years Neil has enjoyed making furniture inspired by the wood itself.
