Exhibiting in 2023
Rachel Holborow has recently reacquainted herself with lino printmaking having lived through various vocations - teacher, organic grower, baker, mother and punk rocker (to name but a few). She has previously used pen and ink drawing for record covers, logos and posters, and studied Fine Art at Newcastle University.
She has always relied on the close observation that drawing from life brings to understand her environment and this informs her lino printmaking.
This is the first year that Rachel Holborow has exhibited at York Open Studiosinstagram.com/rkwanderings
