Russell's style is expressive and experimental - mixed media work showing everyday elements, working in between the literal and pure abstraction.
Exhibiting in 2018
Medium: Mixed Media
Russell enjoys experimental and expressive working, with a developing passion for using mixed media and collage. His current inspiration is rooted in his formative experience of living in an industrial part of Yorkshire. His work reflects his approach to life - thoughtful, considered and willing to experiment. He has exhibited work in the Great North Art Show at Ripon Cathedral and galleries in York.
This is the first year that Russell Bailey has exhibited at York Open Studios
