Steve is a professional artist and Garden Manager of Museum Gardens.
Steve conveys emotion through his expressive and colourful canvases painting landscapes and seascapes and some abstract pieces. He builds up layers of paint to create a depth and texture creating work with rhythmic, dynamic qualities.
Steve says 'Life is multi-sensory, and I try to capture elements of this complexity on canvas so that the subject is reflective of my experience'.
