Anna Cook

Anna is a self-taught paper cutter. After studying printmaking at York St. John University, she began signwriting for local businesses, followed by several years in millinery. Anna has since forged a career in the art gallery and framing industry. She began paper cutting in 2016 following an inspirational exhibition at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Initially creating one dimensional work, she now specialises in multilayered pieces that she designs, draws and hand-cuts with a scalpel.
