Scott Dunwoodie
Scott creates his prints using a hybrid method of both digital photography and traditional darkroom techniques. Architectural aspects, nature and still life are common themes in his work.
Meet the artist & maker

Scott’s practice reflects a desire for a more hands-on approach to image making and a return to darkroom craft. Each print is uniquely finished by hand-painting light-sensitive emulsion onto substrates such as watercolour paper and wood, ensuring no two pieces are alike. His hybrid process blends digital photography with traditional methods, exploring themes of architecture, nature and still life. The result is distinctive imagery that balances technical precision with painterly, experimental qualities.
