Lincoln Lightfoot
Lincoln explores B-Movie concepts staged in local, well-known settings. His paintings parody religious apocalyptic paintings circa 1800 whilst his pen and ink, story book style illustrations hint to 1950s pop art.
Meet the artist & maker

Fascinated by the absurdity of current events and the manipulation of the masses through legacy news and social media outlets, Lincoln depicts equally possible alternatives. He studied Fine Art and Contemporary Practice leading to a PGCE in Art, Craft and Design and a successful career as Subject Leader for Art and Design. Retiring from education to pursue his art practice, Lincoln has exhibited in numerous solo and collaborative exhibitions.
