Bernadette Oliver

Bernadette’s paintings reflect her love of both land and seascape. Her inclusion of collage in some paintings often adds a piece of local or topical interest for the viewer.

Meet the artist & maker

Bernadette studied art in Manchester but then went abroad to accompany her husband and raise a family. Her interest in art never faded though and in later years she returned to study the subject full time in York. She has been successful in exhibiting through York Open Studios and in several galleries in Yorkshire.
