Patricia Issitt

Using inks and papers, Patricia's work is based on movement and felt experience. Expect small artist's books to treasure, images on paper, paper vessels telling stories of the land.

Meet the artist & maker

Patricia studied fashion design at Jacob Kramer College of Art in Leeds, was a wardrobe mistress at Leeds Playhouse and costume maker for Phoenix Dance Company. A first-class honours degree in Art and Design at The York St John University followed, specialising in printmaking. In 2020 Patricia earned an MA with distinction in Dance and Somatic Wellbeing from UCLAN, combining her interests in the body, art making and movement.
