Andrian Melka

Andrian's work explores the illusion of physical perfection. Working in clay to cast in bronze, or carving marble, his work reflects his classical training and own unique style.

Meet the artist & maker

Andrian is a British-Albanian figurative sculptor. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana and moved to England with a Getty scholarship to study at the Building Crafts College in London where he was awarded the City & Guilds Silver Medal for Excellence and Freedom of the City. In 2003 Andrian opened his own studio. He is a QEST scholar and member of the Society of Portrait Sculptors and Art Workers’ Guild.
