Meet the artist & maker

Originally from North Wales, Kate has lived in York for over 30 years. An award-winning sculptural artist specialising in porcelain origami, her work is held in private collections across the UK and abroad. A member of Leeds Fine Artists, Design~Nation, and the British Origami Society she creates repeated, meditative forms that explore light and shadow. Each piece shifts with subtle irregularity, inviting reflection on the quiet beauty of space both within and around it.
