Meet the artist & maker

Elizabeth moved to York with her family in 2024 and is excited to be part of York Open Studios. Having always made ‘stuff’ she started Mountain & Molehill when her children were babies and has added new techniques and skills as they got bigger. A comment by a friend led her to start designing lampshades which is a medium that suits Elizabeth’s ethos of making beautiful things which are practical.
