Colin describes his work as mixed-media landscapes/seascapes using a range of media including collage. It is creating the spirit of a place that drives the work.

Meet the artist & maker

Colin studied at the Royal College of Art and Chelsea School of Art in London. He has exhibited his work over the years, having had numerous group and solo shows in Scotland. He now lives in York working from Seek Studio and runs Seek Art School, with his wife Sallie, teaching online and in-person classes. He believes that anyone can learn how to draw and paint and being taught ‘how to see’ is the key.

There is a ramped entrance at side door. Work will be displayed on the ground floor and the first floor.

There is a stairlift to access the first floor. On the first floor there are steps between different areas.
